All of our condominiums are in the same high rise located just a few blocks off Michigan Ave. We have a significant inventory which provides us with a unique ability to match your party with the perfect accommodation. Location

Need Directions?

The condos are located at Huron and Wabash, just a full block west of Michigan Avenue, with the front entrance and doorman on Wabash between Superior and Huron. We are surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and nightlife, there is no beating this premier location off the Magnificent Mile. Everything is within blocks; groceries, spas, restaurants, shops, theaters, dry cleaning, bookstores, convenience stores, lunch spots, pubs, bars, night clubs, everything you want to see and do in Chicago is just steps away.

The Restaurants

There are over 75 fabulous restaurants within walking distance of our condos click here to go to our personal top ten fine, casual, and quick casual eateries. Attached to our building is also a local pub called Jake Melnicks which offers great nightly specials or a quick bite to eat before heading out of the building. An additional café called Le Appetito is on the south side of the building which offers an Italian sandwich shop, coffee, and sweets.

The Stores

Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany, Niketown, Ralph Lauren, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Marshall Fields, Banana Republic, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, Coach, Gap, are just blocks away. For the kids, ESPN Zone and American Girl are within walking distance.

The Lake

Lake Michigan is easily reached via the Oak Street Beach entrance or the Chicago Avenue entrance, and offers a great place to run, walk, swim or sit at a bar or restaurant enjoying great weather and great views.

Groceries

Whole Foods grocery store is one block north, Jewel grocery store is two blocks south and Potash Bros. is three blocks north on State St. (which is one block east). There is also a Trader Joes two blocks south on Ontario and Wabash, and a convenience store one block north on Chicago Ave.

The Building

This 56-story building offers many convinces of a hotel in an at home setting. 24 hour door and maintenance staff to help with any problems that may arise. Our door staff can also assist you with cabs and simple instructions. In addition to all room amenities, guests are allowed to use all building amenities free of charge unless noted.

Fitness Center State-of-the-art workout facility with weight machines, free weights, numerous cardio machines each with their own televisions.
Pool An outdoor lap pool surrounded by lounge chairs and views of the city, has two lap lanes and free swim. Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather permitting).
Sun Deck Grills Resort like settings surround our sun deck and shared grilling areas. Additional lounge chairs are also located on the sun deck to catch late afternoon rays.
Theater Room Our theatre room seats 12 that can be reserved for private viewings. Please email to reserve- no charge.
Party Room Our party room is equipped with dining tables, couches, pool table and a full kitchen for entertaining. This suite can be reserved via email with a small cleaning charge and damage deposit.
Business Center The Business center is equipped with wireless high speed internet capabilities, printer, and a small library in the event you forgot a book to relax on your vacation.
Laundry Room Lastly, our laundry room has 24 full size washer and dryers and 1 commercial size washer/dryer for your use (Currently $1.25 per load).
