Half of these larger one bedroom one bath condos have king beds in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, the other half have a queen bed in the bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa.

The views are phenomenal, looking East over Lake Michigan, Michigan Avenue and the John Hancock Building, or penthouse west with twinkling lights of the city. The kitchens have been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and everything you need to cook and serve a meal.

The bathroom and kitchens are tiled, and the living area, dining area, and bedrooms are done in hardwood.

These units boast flat screen TV's as well as DVD players in the living and bedrooms, and high speed wireless internet throughout the unit.
