These fully furnished one bedroom condos have a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. This size unit can sleep 2 adults, or 2 adults and one child under 12 years.

Hardwood flooring extends from the entrance throughout the living area and bedroom. The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD, as does the bedroom. There is high-speed wireless internet included as well as a washer and dryer in some.

The kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and new maple cabinetry. Everything is provided from dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and spices.

These condos are located on the 42nd floor or higher, and have fantastic views of downtown Chicago, the Chicago River and Lake Michigan.
