Our privately owned condominiums are significantly larger than any hotel room. Most condos have at lease two rooms plus a kitchen. No more sleeping in the same cramped room with the kids four feet away in the other bed. Our condos allow you to live like this is your home away from home.

VacationRentChicago has an inventory that can accommodate everything from a pull out couch to twin beds in a bedroom to the most comfortable king bed. We have the right set up to maximize your stay with us.

Every condominium is thoughtfully appointed with everything you will need during your stay. Every kitchen, every bathroom, every living room is equipped so you’ll only need to supply the DVD movie you want to watch and of course the popcorn! Think of the savings you will recognize because you’re able to cook in your kitchen.

All of our condos are owned by private individuals like you and me. Hotel rooms can look so vanilla and boring. At VacationRentChicago, not only do you get a tastfully decorated home but you will have some of the best views in the city. With the majority of our inventory in the top third of a 56 story building, chances are you spend some time staring out into the beautiful Chicago skyline.

 

I would like to book, what do I do?

Please email us by clicking here, and we will email a contract. In order to book you will have to fill out and return our contract. Once the completed contract is sent back, you will receive a confirmation, and then one week prior to arrival you will receive all arrival and departure information.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! We currently accept MasterCard and Visa. You can also pay via check. All check payments must be received two weeks prior to arrival.

What are arrival and departure times?

Arrival is anytime after 3:00 CST. Our building has a small lobby and is not able to store luggage. We at Vacation Rent Chicago will do everything we can to help you in early arrivals. Please notify us prior to your stay and we can attempt to help you. Departure is 11 am CST.

What is included in the condos?

Each condo includes bedding, pillows, towels, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, a full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, cooking supplies and utensils, cable TV, cable internet, DVD player, washer/dryer (when available), heating and a/c.

What happens if there is an issue with the condo once we arrive?

Please call us at 773/559.6570. We live in the building and are generally able to help at any time. For pressing maintenance issues late at night, we ask you call our front desk at 312/951.9048 and they can assist you.
As guests can we use the amenities?

Yes! All guests are allowed complete use of our pool, sun deck, grills, theater room, fitness center, business center, and party room. Please see rules within your condo on hours and regulations.

Can I mail something to the condo during my stay?

Our condos are not set up for mail delivery, please contact us and we will give instructions on how to properly send your mail.

How far are you from the airports?

We are approximately 18 miles from both O’Hare and Midway airports. You can take a cab for about $40 or public transit for $2.25. From each airport you will have to make one transfer on the subway. One week prior to arrival you will be given complete instructions on transportation options.
